This package includes a household-use license permitting personal use by people residing in one household. The license does not extend to clients, patients, students, employees, members of an organization, or separate households.
Prohibited Uses
You may not resell, sublicense, share publicly, upload to a shared drive or public platform, distribute copies outside the applicable license, remove ownership notices, create a competing product from substantial portions, or use the materials as professional treatment protocols without written permission.
8. Intellectual Property
The website, ebook, workbooks, audio, cards, planners, graphics, branding, and related materials are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. “The Science Of Calm,” “The Science Of Calm Method,” and related names may be used as commercial brand identifiers. No ownership rights are transferred through purchase.
